Return & Refund Policy
Please read and clear with our store returns and refund policy before checkout.
RETURNS
Our store offers a 14-day return period starting from the date of customer making payment. Returns are only accepted of the goods misrepresented in product listings or defective goods before shipping out. (Our packing department will provide the goods picture before passing it to our courier partner.)
To be eligible for a return, the goods must be brand new and in its unused condition with our store price tags and packaging. Due to the goods size provided will have approximately 0.1cm to 2cm or higher, it’s reasonable size guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
If a customer purchased our goods during a promotion and sales campaign, we would only allow the customer to exchange the same price (promotion price) or top up price to get a higher grade of the goods.
Some of the goods are excluded from our return policy due to the pandemic COVID-19 & hygiene reasons.
Return postage costs are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable. Tracking return shipping or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange. Once we receive the goods with any suspect, our customer services department will notify you of the result of the exchange.
REFUNDS
Goods sold are neither returnable nor refundable.
We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges – there are no exceptions on this.

Please take note that all of our natural crystal ornaments & beads are made by raw natural stones. There might be imperfections on the crystal such as:
- Natural inclusions
- Natural bead crack lines
- Natural black or dark spots
- Irregular natural colour tone
- Irregular bead shape and size
- Other minerals within the crystal
- Natural irregular surface or surface holes
- Beads that appeared dented or flat surface
These natural phenomena on natural crystals are excluded in Return & Refund Policy.
